Abu Mas'ud Al-Ansari (May Allah be pleased with him) reported
Allah's Messenger (May Allah's Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him) as saying,
"When a Muslim spends on his family seeking reward
for it from Allah, it counts for him as sadaqa".
